¡Genial! Highly recommended. Ana's lessons were all a pleasure. She has the attitude of a leader who is encouraging yet realistic - and brave. She listens well, corrects kindly and occasionally as an eagle who can read upside down. She expresses herself directly, openly and honestly. Her focus often returned me gently to the learning in hand smoothly without creating a burden.
Her own experience and bilingual skills are well integrated with a linguistic knowledge that made teaching me easy. She has travelled which compliments her work as she is not restricted to parochial norms and knows that there is more than one way to crack an egg. Ana was flexible and esasy-going whilst continually supporting learning. She was able to weave in and out of languages, experiences and didactic method so fluidly that I didn't know where the time went. Ana expresses respect for other people and cultures in conversation and behaviour which gives a very positive vibe to the sessions. It is quite rare to find a teacher who is able to notice and incorporate the 'whole person' and not merely the 'student'. If you are wanting to learn Spanish and unsure which tutor to pick, I would describe Ana as 'the healthy option'.
