I'm Luciano, I'm a certified teacher of English with a 20-year-long experience in adult language teaching. I've got native-like conversational and writing levels. I've worked for private companies as well as for the public sector. My expertise is on world geopolitics, military affairs, business and science.

My approach to teaching is based on empowering students. English is a language and a language is a tool, therefore I must teach them to use that tool. That teaching process is mainly based on motivation and self-awareness of the student's own progress: They must realize what their strengths and their soft spots are, and we as teachers must motivate them to work on those soft spots.
The students' learning process goes on outside the classroom too: Classroom work, though important, is only the tip of the iceberg.
I always offer my students support and motivation while they're outside the classroom too.
